  • The disclosure is essential to safeguard an overriding public interest or for the establishment, exercise, or enforcement of legal rights;
  • The disclosure is required to protect life or physical integrity where consent cannot be obtained in time;
  • The data has been made generally accessible by you and you have not expressly prohibited its processing;
  • The data originates from a public register, provided legal conditions for consultation are met.

  • Unsolicited automated mass advertising (including emails, SMS, automated calls, and fax messages) generally requires your prior consent (‘opt-in’).
